Auspicious Glyphs 2021 is a fundraising edition by artist Maia Ruth Lee. This two-color stamp sheet depicts the artist’s visual lexicon of salvaged metal glyph sculptures composed within a perforated grid.

Includes a signed stamp on numbered card and and two strips of additional stamps.

Maia Ruth Lee is an artist and educator born in Busan, South Korea. Lee’s solo exhibitions took place in 2016 and 2018 at Eli Ping Frances (NY) and Jack Hanley Gallery (NY) respectively. Lee has participated in numerous group exhibitions including the Whitney Biennial 2019, CANADA gallery, Studio Museum 127, Salon 94 in New York, Roberts & Tilton Gallery in Los Angeles, and Parisian Laundry Gallery in Montreal. Lee was the director of Wide Rainbow, a non profit after school art program from 2016 to 2020. Lee’s upcoming solo exhibition at MCA Denver will open in 2021.
