Printed Matter presents an Artists’ Book Store at OFFSCREEN Paris, at the Grand Garage Haussman from October 16–20, 2024.

Dedicated to image-based work, OFFSCREEN is composed of solo show presentations of international avant-garde, historical, and contemporary artists working with installations and experimental practices across eight levels of an emblematic Art-Deco garage building. The guest of honor for OFFSCREEN’s 3rd edition is the visionary artist and filmmaker Chantal Akerman.

The Printed Matter OFFSCREEN Bookshop will present a large selection of artists’ books from around the world and feature publications on experimental film, video, and poetry, among other materials. Books by OFFSCREEN 2024 artists on view will include Gordon Matta-Clark, Sara VanDerBeek, Tarrah Krajnak, Laurence Aëgerter, and many others.
